Here for you, now.
In addition to being an associate licensed counselor, I am also a wife, a homeschooling mother of two, and a veteran, amongst other things. My work history includes multiple deployments as an active-duty warrant officer/pilot in the US Army, a civilian technical editor, and extensive experience in Christian ministry as a biblically-based lay peer counselor. I returned to school to obtain a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to gain the ability to combine faith-based practices and evidence-based clinical interventions in order to help clients seeking a holistic approach to healing and wellness. In short, I want to do for others what I wanted a counselor to do for me, all those years ago when I was numb and didn’t know what to do or how to make it better, but I knew for sure that something had to change.
